Banana bread breakfast cookies. Normally I would say normal biscuits, but because these taste like banana bread AND oatmeal, then I am very quite in love. And if chocolate chips have been thrown in the mix? OMG!
Plus they simply take 15 minutes to make and also clock in at about 60 calories per cookie. YES!
This truly isn't a recipe. It is me telling you to mix two things together for sweet pride that you don't need to feel guilty about.
For reals. No weird processed ingredients from a box. Just all natural stuff.
Dairy free. Gluten Free (utilize GF oats). Nut free. Vegan. Vegetarian. I believe they're a good breakfast (or wholesome treat!) For whoever you're That's unless you are allergic to bananas or oats. Sorry!

Banana and celery bake with each other to make simple banana oatmeal cookie recipe breakfast cookies that tasty like banana bread!
If wanted you can add in some of these:
Peanut butter chips
Chopped walnuts, almond or pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Place oats in blender or food processor and blend until oats act as the consistency of flour; it is okay if it is not absolutely soil.
In large bowl mixed mashed banana with oats until smooth. Add 1/2 cup of your chosen add in; I used dark chocolate chips plus a tsp of vanilla extract.
Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray. Drop dough by large tablespoons onto cookie sheet; squirt a little using a rubber spatula. Bake for 9-12 minutes or until biscuits are set. Cookies can keep in a covered container for a couple of days, or they can be frozen and reheated. Makes about 16 cookies.
